When Mikie began reading The Magic Treehouse book #27, Thanksgiving On Thursday, about the very first Thanksgiving, I knew we'd be taking a field trip to Plymouth, Massachusetts. It worked out perfectly that the timing of this book fell in November and we spent Thanksgiving with the pilgrims, and Boagie, Grandmommy and Granddaddy came too! It was a cold day to visit Plymouth Rock!

The little pumpkin patch is just the right size for choosing the perfect pumpkin and then. They also had animals, a maze, a bouncy. Sunday, May 30, 2010. Mikie Bowling and Cubbies. Just a few pictures I never got around to posting back in May. Mikie and Kaitlyn were on a bowling league every Saturday. They named themselves the "Silly Strikers." Mikie's high game of the year was a 128! Mikie with his Cubbies teacher, Amanda. Saturday, May 29, 2010. Allow us to stay with them on Whidbey. Island. From the moment I step in their door, I always feel that I've just come HOME! And his dolphin pillow pet watch the runway. I LOVE IT HERE!

Michael had to report to Honolulu for work and Tracy, the boys and myself tagged along. We had a wonderful time! Down on the Farm. Thursday, December 4, 2008. Harvest was later this year because we had such a wet spring and could not get the seed in the ground like usual. Then mother nature decided to give us plenty of moisture and we had to replant several acres (another added expense.twice the seed, fuel, time etc.) Did I forget to tell about our labor? Guess the time it takes to raise all this good food is sometimes donated since we don't make much of a profit. Oh well, our bellies are always full.
