Sunday, November 20, 2011. Home away from home. Austin, Texas. Denial is the best medicine. I think I lived in the state of denial all summer long. With every application submitted, and phone call received from an HR manager or headhunter I would tell myself that Samsung was not it, and that August 8. The world famous Downieville Downhill. Shuttle it up and rip it down. Fun trail that sees a lot of traffic try to hit it during the week when it is a little less crowded. For something less crowded ride up to Big Boulder not many want to peddle the extra up but it is worth the effort. A wonderful place in the winter or summer. There are some great rides out here. I hope to get back soon and get some more pics. Fun Must get back with a downhill bike and some armor.
