DOING WHAT I DO BEST. New Year, New Post. I'm not sure if anyone is still out there reading this as I haven't updated in ages, but if there is anyone here goes. New Years Eve was Great! Avoided the bars and instead some friends and I hiked up one of the runs to a hut and celebrated with some champagne and the first runs on the mountain of '09. It was epic. DOING WHAT I DO BEST. Does anyone know how to make a really good Lasagna? I need a recipe. Its cheap and would last for at least half a week. As I made it to check-in at the Eagle Airport, I was alarmed to be informed that I would need a travelers VISA for Australia. DOING WHAT I DO BEST. Well it took a long time and the generosity of a bunch of drunks, but I was finally able to afford my ticket for my next trip. AUSTRALIA. I leave 25th of September and return the 12th of October. So if you need me for anything on the 26th of September just don't bother because that day won't exist for me. Now the question remains, do I need to bring a gift to the wedding? Me as a gift is pretty special. Not amazing, but special all the same. So that's right 3 Continents! Avoided the...

DOING WHAT I DO BEST. Its a lot easier to wake up when I take 6 hour midday naps. Quick recap on what I've been up to. Been working a lot. Drove to New Jersey. I took my camera along for the entire road trip, but I didn't take a single picture. So I put this rough sketch together. I didn't drive an old studebaker or a 'Jalopy' as some call it, but this was the only half decent photo I could find. The road trip was a lot of fun and Jersey was a lot of fun. DOING WHAT I DO BEST. New saddle and helmet. Money well invested. Bike next. Money first. Work lots. Sleep Little. I r'astl'd a bear tonight! No, I didn't, but I did chase a cub around the Village for the better part of an hour as I drank a beer. A cub was disoriented down the tunnel adjacent to Coyote and my boss and I heard its calls for help. We then attempted to help to Beaver Creek Security crew try to persuade this cub back to "them thar. Hills" but left with the cub wandering the parking structure.

DOING WHAT I DO BEST. It might have been the lack of sleep or the terrible sleep I received on my trip, but I've got to tell you this trip. Flying out of Eagle on an EMPTY plane, I was able to put up the arm rests and lay down for the whole flight. Very Nice! We drove the whole way through only stopping at the occasional truck stop to strech the legs and catch a few winks. All and all the trip was pretty uneventful. Brian commenting on a Sat. night said.
