This was my fifth time to make it to the Sylamore Trail 50K. I love this race. It is simple and beautiful. Starting from Allison, Arkansas near Mountain View. My Grand Adventure – 2011 Rim 2 Rim 2 Rim. Someone once said that ‘goals are dreams with deadlines’. I have always liked that statement because it helps bring dreams into reality. One particular dream of mine for many years now has been to run the Grand Canyon Double Crossing. The trail is 42 or so miles with 9000 plus elevation gain.
