Thursday, 20 November 2014. Suzy V for Sale. Plans are underway for next year. Unfortunately, Suzy V has to go :-(. She's been a faithful servant - a veteran of 5 Manx Grand Prix and earning 3 replicas for her efforts. Just one DNF with a faulty battery and a finishers medal after some plonker replaced the carb diaphragm cover the wrong way around before the race. Original Suzuki front-end goes back on. Goes back in the box for the next bike. Ay yes. all 'original' again. Manxgp manx grand prix.

Monday, 21 July 2014. Done a bit of lock-wiring the other week as per TT requirements. Also wrapped the bottom pipe to minimise damage on the tight-fitting belly-pan. Lat year the belly-pan took a pounding during the race. It just scraped here and there during practice, but as soon as we wound it up during the race, we had a few issues. I've raised the whole bike by 5mm both ends to help alleviate this - hope I haven't mucked with the geometry too much. Saturday, 12 July 2014. SV Ready to Rock! Got the l...

Monday, 20 July 2015. TT Day 16 - Looking Back. A well overdue post.written shortly after we got back more than a month ago but not published. I've been hiding out. Post TT blues I guess. Here it is. A look back on the 2 weeks on the Isle of Man…. So, for the second Supersport race we made more changes in the same direction that we’d been going. The bike felt better than it did all fortnight… I finally felt that I could go fast on it! As with all riders and teams, we had our issues to deal with. With...

Speedtherapy: Tomorrow We Race!
http://speedtherapy.blogspot.com/2015/08/tomorrow-we-race.html
Friday, 7 August 2015. I've been pretty shit with blog posts since the TT. Work, the crap commute and travel to be with my wife have sucked up all my time n energy. I have managed to do a round of Dirttrackin though. it was ok. I'll post on that soon. My next race adventure is tomorrow. Up early and a 4 hour drive to south Wales for hopefully 2 days racing at Amman Valley. It's the biggest track we race on. I love the speed on that 1/2 mile track. I've only raced there twice. In 2010.

Tuesday, 16 June 2015. TT Day 15 - A Bit of R&R. After the Lightweight race on Friday, we hung about the paddock and grandstand for the Senior TT. Up on Glencrutchery Road I wished all the riders I knew to have a good one and to go fast. It's a privilege to be up there. Dom giving a thumbs up to the crowd. Queue for the toilet before the race. John McGuinness focuses before the race. McGuinness is first on the road. Sam West had a fantastic TT on only his second visit to the Isle. After a few beers and t...
