Omo Valley: Vanishing Tribes. Painting With an Elephant. Painting With an Elephant. Painting With an Elephant is a children’s book inspired by my second trip to Masae Elephant Camp where I spent three days bonding with Thongpetch, the elephant I was to paint with at the end of a Mahout Training Class. I am an artist and creating a piece of collaborative art with an elephant is something I really wanted to do. The entire process was so amazing that I decided to create a book on the process.

Omo Valley: Vanishing Tribes. Painting With an Elephant. I started making videos again because I wanted to record the process of painting with an elephant when I went to Thailand in 2012. I took classes at CMCM.tv in 2013 to learn better editing skills and got hooked on the medium. I quickly learned that there is a correct way to hold the camera to use the full screen for the video. Returning in 2012, I made a collaborative art piece with an elephant (see my elephants blog) and am working on a book and video documenting the process. On these people Omo Valley: Vanishing Tribes. And am planning on returning so I can interview some of the tribes people as they experience the changes that are to come.
