New England Clam Chowder. 2 T flour (diluted in 1/2 c. water). 1 onion, chopped. 1/2 celery stick chopped. 2 C potatoes, diced. 1/2 t pepper pepper. 2-3 cans clams, chopped and drained. New England Clam Chowder. Stuffed Cabbage, Squash and Peppers. 2 squashes gutted (save guts for stuffing). 1 cup raw rice. 2 lbs lean ground beef. 1 large onion, minced. 1 cup grated cheese. 1 cup bread crumbs. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 can (16 oz) crushed tomatoes. 2 garlic cloves minced.

Saturday, October 16, 2004. 1 can lg. tomatoe sauce. 1/4 t black pepper. Dash crushed red pepper. 1 1/2 T. salt. 1/2 cup grated cheese. 1 box small shell macaroni. 1 can peas (drained) (or corn). Brown onions in oil, add potatoes and brown slightly, add tomato sauce black pepper, red pepper, parsley, salt and grated cheese. Bring to boil, add 1/2 pot of water and simmer, when potatoes are almost done, add shells and peas. When shells are done, shut fire, and serve with grated cheese. 2 c chicken broth.

Slow Cooker Lentil Soup. 1 garlic clove chopped. 7 cups chicken broth. 1/2 can tomato sauce. Salt, pepper garlic powder and crushed basil to taste. Any leftover or fresh meat (pork chops, beef chunks, ham cubes or bacon). Layer bottom of ceramic cooker with oil. Add 1 small onion chopped. Add parsley, garlic chopped celery and chopped carrots.
