Wednesday, February 18, 2009. We have been to the emergency room two times since Friday. Elsie fell and got wedged between the wall and our armoire. She totally smashed her face and cut up her lip. So, I rushed the bleeding, bawling baby over to the ER. She calmed down pretty good and I felt I was overreacting, but hey, its nice to have things sewn up a bit, right? She got a few stitches in her lip and we went home to recover. . Today has been a beautiful day! Monday, February 2, 2009.

Saturday, April 18, 2009. Treats from the grandparents. The girls were overjoyed to get their yummy Easter treats from Grandma Slaugh. Grandpa Slaugh also sent some goodies to eat, including a chocolate bunny. I heard the girls discussing which part of "the professor" they were going to eat first. Julia wasn't timid. In the end, we broke off part of his ears. . Elsie really focuses on her chocolate. The wrapper was difficult, but oh the reward for all that hard labor! Too bad her name isn't Ryanita!

Today at Mel's little class she got her face painted, so when she came home, everyone had to try it out.
