If you decide to cook it for yourself, taste it first and then please wait at least an hour or even two before even thinking of giving it to children. See how you feel first. Three carrots, one potato and a scotch bonnet chilli. The ends should be removed from the carrots and washed them, then peel the potato finely. Grated the carrots and the potato and removed tha seeds from the scotch bonnet chilli. (Please be very very careful with chillies and particularly this type). I then placed the grated potato and carrot an chilli with a pinch of salt and a sprinkling of ground black pepper! It was now day 59 and had lost 24lbs.
