Saturday, September 3, 2011. Change of plans and the cupcake competitor. My family was suppose to visit this weekend, but we got a call yesterday morning letting us know that they wouldn't be able to make it due to a flat tire and other things had came up, so that was a bummer. Tuesday, September 13, 2011. Yummy goodness in a jar. Today I made Red Velvet Cupcakes and Chocolate Cupcakes w/ a Raspberry filling and Buttercream Frosting along w/ a dozen brownies. I put them all in jars (except the brownies i put those in a little box), frosted them and sprinkled chopped walnuts on top of the Red Velvet and pink sprinkles on top of the Chocolate Raspberry ones and tied them off in a little ribbon.
