We maxed out with Susan Enan. A week or two ago Tim and Elizabeth took us out to this place called Bells Bend. It was farm land and has now been bought by the parks department. Very soon it will become a public park, but for now it is empty, the only thing that shared the space with us was the one skunk we saw.

We were at the last speaking engagement for Billy Graham (state-side) in Flushing Meadows, near Brooklyn. Thursday, February 14, 2013. The missionaries are my guinea pigs.and I don't think they mind. They requested Fajitas last night so I decided to try a new recipe. I have always just used the fajita seasoning packet- we liked these MUCH better). I probably doubled the chicken, and I marinated it over night. And I used lime juice instead of lemon. Topped them with guac, sour cream, cheese, and salsa. Tablespoons canola oil, divided. Teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional. Medium green pepper, julienned.
