About the Water Burrow. About the Water Burrow. The Water Burrow occupies a unique position actually on Mudeford Quay, Christchurch. One of only seven cottages on the quay, it is a 2 bedroom 16th century Grade 2 listed ground floor cottage that has been totally modernised throughout and furnished to the highest standards. The 'Water Burrow' has it's own safe picket post fenced patio area with outdoor seating and views over to Hengistbury Head.

Parking could not be easier with a large public car park within a very short walk of the cottage and vehicular access is available for easy loading and unloading of luggage. Weekly parking tickets are available at very reasonable rates. Get a seagull's view.

Welcome to Mudeford Wood Tennis Club. Mudeford Wood Tennis Club (MWTC) welcomes players of all ages. We play throughout the year on three synthetic grass all weather courts at the agreeable location. Of Mudeford Wood Community Centre. The artificial surface is easier on the joints than many hard courts and retains good grip when wet. Player membership includes club sessions and free court hire (must be booked in advance). MWTC competes in local tennis leagues and is LTA affiliated. First time is free!
