Two-wheeled (and other) misadventures. Monthly Archives: March 2009. March 25, 2009. Organized another great race at Sleepy Hole park in Suffolk on Sunday. I raced Cat 4 in the morning. This course makes me pretty nervous because the paved track is quite narrow with two hard turns that can put you in the dirt and a bend in the finishing straight. Sunday, April 27, 2008. Country Music Marathon 26 Apr 08. Saturday, I ran the Country Music Marathon. Held in Nashville, TN. Land of the Grand Ole Opry. And the heart and soul of Country Music. The CMM is one of six Rock 'n' Roll. These were huge boulders and sheets of limestone that come cascading down the mountain. Sunday, February 24, 2008. Anheuser-Busch Colonial Half Marathon 24Feb08. Ran the Anheuser-Busch Colonial Half Marathon. Today up in Williamsburg.the ninth race in the short eight weeks of this year. I had just run the Mud in Your Eye 8K. The day before and this half was billed as being very hill, so I wasn't looking for a record time, but looking to put in a good effort and see how I could handle a hilly course. Sunday, October 3, 2010. He didn't even get a shot off. Later in the morning we glassed a canyon right below camp. I'm not sure how, but Andrew found a buck laying down.and it was one of the big ones he should've shot earlier that morning! We had been seeing far more bucks than does until Thursday night. My passion is waterfowl hunting. You could say I have mud in my blood. I love sitting in the blind watching the sunrise, next to my lab, with great friends, and waiting for that first flock of ducks to commit. My lanyards are made custom to what you want. I got tired of having a cheap lanyard holding my expensive duck call, so I made my first custom call lanyard that I still use today. My lanyards have come a long ways from that first one. All lanyards and bracelets are made from 550 paracord.
