The Evil Princess (. Anybody else dressing their pups up for Halloween? I don't normally, but when I found these 2 costumes, I couldn't resist buying them. They're just too cute! Savanna as Tinkerbell (a.k.a. "Stinkerbell" LOL! And Kenji as a spider. I love their "Why are you doing this to me? Looks on their faces. The Evil Princess (. What am I missing? It's been a while since I've posted here and you all were so helpful with my last issue. Kenji has been better about taking discipline but he still challenges my husband every once in a while. He doesn't like being shooed off the couch and grumps and growls at my husband. Found this community after being on LJ for ages and having my dog for over a year, you guys are well hidden! Anyway, I had to join. In July last year I adopted a 10 month old mixed breed pup, who I was told was a Border Collie cross. When I met him he looked. Like a BC. I had no clue what he was, other than adorable. I fell madly in love and bought him home. Anywa, here he is, my Sparky AKA the Crazy Dog! Playing in the snow last winter. OK, more up-to-date photos now! Fetch muddy park = muddy Sparky!

The Evil Princess (. Has anyone seen a change in their Basenji's behavior after adding another dog to the mix? Of course, there's the initial adjustment period, but we've had Savanna for 10 months now and recently, Kenji's behavior has gotten a bit negative. He'll play with Savanna for hours and then all of a sudden, he's attacking her and biting at her. Then 5 minutes later, he's ready to play again. Anyway. I'm sure I'm not really making sense, but I'm genuinely concerned about Kenji's behavior....
