Tonight, Steven, my hubby cooked fish and pasta tonight! He precooked the pasta and when I asked him why he told me that a documentary on the BBC showed it was more healthy! He also added mushrooms, pink onions and a tiny bit of saffron hence the yellow colour! My cousines are visiting us all the way from Bordeaux. So we are holidaying in Civray in a beautiful campsite at the edge of the town which explains the presence of this herd of cows. From Calais to Civray. Today is the first day of our French hols. We woke up at 3:15 in Dover and crossed the Channel at 4:30 on a P&O ferry (Only 10 minutes late) Perfect conditions, pleasant people on board.Steven noticed that if you wanted WiFi you had to pay 3.OO which is strange considering the crossing costs 200.
