Banana and Walnut Muffins (Gluten free and Vegan! Banana and Walnut Muffins (Gluten Free and Vegan). So its been a while since I’ve posted. It has also been a while since I pottered around my kitchen. I have been veggie eating my way around over in the US for the past few weeks – more posts to follow about this😉. These muffins also contain Chia Seeds which if you didn’t know already are a superfood! High in Omega 3, fibre and bursting with anti-oxidants. Prep time: 15 minutes. Cook time: 20 minutes.
