Vispa ihop smör, socker, mjöl och kokosflingor till en smidig deg. Rulla ut till fingertjocka längder. Dela längderna i ca 5 cm långa bitar, pensla med uppvispat ägg och strö på socker- och kokosblandningen. Grädda på smord plåt, eller bakplåtspapper, i ca 10 min på 175 grader.
