Adapted from fat free vegan kitchen. 1/2 red onion, minced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 bunch swiss chard, chopped finely, stems and leaves separated. 2 handfuls arugula or other green. 1/2 pound extra-firm tofu. 1 tbsp. nutritional yeast. 1/2 tsp. salt, or to taste. 2 tsp fresh oregano, chopped.

Ingredienser for ca 25 muffins. 100g smør eller margarin. 1 ts vanilje sukker. 1 / 2 teaspoons bakepulver. Sett ovnen på 225 grader. Smelt matfettet i en kjele og la den kjøle seg ned litt. Beat egg og sukker og hvitt pösigt. Bland hvetemel, vanilje sukker, salt, kakao og bakepulver i en dyp tallerken eller liten bolle. Hell i hvetemel blandet i egg og sukker. Sving til sist ned matfettet. Spør om lag 15 Muffin molds på en plate. Fyll dem 3 / 4 av batter. Cook muffisen i ca 10 minutter langt ned i ovnen.
