Faster and Farther than you ever thought possible! June 16, 2015. Here we go….(Again). Distance – 2 Miles. Type – Easy. Splits – Mile 1 (8:59), Mile 2 (8:51). Total time – 17:40. Average Pace – 8:50. Elevation – Overall gain of 16 ft. Overall happy with the pace for the first time running outside in a while. So now we move on to Day 2. Funny thing happened though…when I started running, I learned how to relax, thing about things that were going on and most of all, I had fun. I had fun pushing myself. I had fun struggling.
