Sunday, March 18, 2012. 1-2 can tomato soup. 1 Mix beef, rice, water, onion and seasonings and make into golf size balls. 2 Stir together in another bowl, the soup, water and wostershire sauce and pour over the balls in an oven proof dish. 3 Bake at 180c for around 45 mins covered in foil. 4 Uncover and bake for a further 15 minutes. Baking from Jasmine's Kitchen. Monday, December 5, 2011. Gluten Free Jam Slice. Cut into wedges, or into square slices. 1 cup almond meal flour. 1/2 cup brown rice flour. 1/2 cup white rice flour. NOTE: For those not cooking gluten free, use 2 cups plain flour). 1 cup caster sugar. 125g butter, chilled, cubed. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence. 3/4 cup raspberry jam. 2 cups desiccated coconut. THE Best Minestrone Soup Ever. 4 rashes of bacon, sliced into small squares. 2 carrots peeled and sliced. 2 stalks celery peeled and sliced. 1 large potato cut into cubes. 2 garlic cloves crushed or finely chopped. 1 red onion finely chopped. 1 can condensed tomato soup. 1L Beef Stock Liquid. 1c cooked rollini pasta. 1 With the exception of the pasta, throw all ingredients into a deep saucepan and bring to the boil. Baking from Jasmine's Kitchen. Monday, June 10, 2013. Split pea and Ham Soup. 200g split peas soaked overnight. 2 onions roughly chopped. 2 carrots roughly chopped. 2 large potatoes cut into chunks. 1 stick of celery. 1 Cover the ham hock and being to the boil. Discard the water. 2 Put all ingredients except frozen peas in the saucepan and being to the boil. 3 Summer for approx. 2 hours. 4 Remove ham hock, cutting off ham into chunks. 5 Add frozen peas, simmer five minutes then purée. 6 Add ham and serve.

Baking from Jasmine's Kitchen. Friday, September 30, 2011. Marinade Calamari in the following for half an hour. 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce. 2 tablespoons fish sauce. 1 teaspoon reduced-salt soy sauce. 2 tablespoons lime juice. 3cm piece ginger, peeled, finely grated. 1/4 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped. Cook in a frypan for no more than 5 minutes. Serve on top of a salad with your choice of salad and the following dressing. 50ml red wine vinegar. Fry in frypan until sugar is dissolved.
