Muldersvlei Estate has a proud history and is one of the oldest farms in South Africa and is numbered 31. The manor house, cellar and stables date back to 1817. The old cellar was beautifullly restored as a wedding and conference venue in 2006, while the old stables were converted into a country styled guesthouse sleeping 20 people shortly thereafter. Julian Starke together with his son Ian are in charge of farming activities.

Muldersvlei Estate may well be one of the best kept secrets in the heart of the Stellenbosch winelands. A spectacular lane of oak trees leads to the old cellar that has been converted into a gorgeous reception venue. It’s Cape Dutch white cloak fits harmoniously with the sprawling green lawns and lush romantic gardens. The large oak trees in the manor garden creates the perfect setting for a romantic outdoor ceremony with. Our chapel conveniently located close to the venue.

With a capacity to accommodate up to 140 delegates the venue is perfect for both informal and formal gatherings. The historical venue is situated in the heart of the Paarl and Stellenbosch wine routes surrounded by views of the majestic mountains and undulating lawns. Wine tasting at neighbouring Wine Estates. 14 Golf courses within 30 minutes range. Giraffe House Wildlife Awareness Centre is just about 3km away. Butterfly World is 5km away and an ideal educational destination for the kids. Delvera Vineyard Trail - hike between the vines on one of the neighbouring farms.
