For her birthday, Anne rented this charming house next to Landa Library, and we had cupcakes, balloons, and outdoor games (provided by CC). Mostly, Birdie loved playing on the playground with her cousin Luke. Happily, she led the singing for Evie's birthday a few days ago, so I'm thinking it was just a phase. Both girls have been counting down the days until Evie's bday, and it's been sweet to see Birdie nearly as excited as her sister. Evie is really into dinosaurs, trucks, and tractors. We focused mostly on dinos for the invitation and the thank-you gifts, but I imagine that was largely lost on her. I think she was mainly psyched about the cupcakes and swimming at CCs.
