Multiple Me and DID. Thursday, March 13, 2014. I pushed too hard and paid the price. I don't go out of the house alone much. I'll make my doctor and therapy appointments and occasionally will go into the grocer to get a few things. But otherwise I feel better at home. It hurts to be out.
