The Vital Oolong: June 2008
http://gong-fu-cha.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Adventures in tea drinking. Friday, 20 June 2008. Having been shown the difference between teas made with the right dry leaf to water ratio, I am impatient to buy myself a dinky scale before starting on my mountainous Paris tea stash. My teacher at the tea school used a balance that measures weights accurate to a precision of 0.1 grams. It's very sleek and I covet it so I am impatient to find something similar in London. It comes in a bag". Friday, June 20, 2008. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). A serious tea...

Tea Nerd: January 2010
http://www.teanerd.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Monday, January 11, 2010. Aged Oolong from Imperial Tea Court. Origin: Fujian, China. Vendor: Imperial Tea Court. Price: $6.00 (28g) / $21.25 (113g). This is not a bad tea. (What, expecting something more profound after a month and a half? The truth is, my taste buds are a wee bit rusty after such a long break from routine tea consumption, so I won't be waxing poetic 'bout none-a-those etherial hints of ambrosia this time. Modest price I can't complain. It also seems to give an above-average cha qi.

Tés e Infusiones del mundo: El Té Tunecino con Piñones
http://teseinfusionesporelmundo.blogspot.com/2010/11/el-te-tunecino.html

Thursday, February 17, 2011. Shan Lin Xi (Light Roast), from the Tea Gallery. Origin: Nantou, Taiwan. Vendor: The Tea Gallery. Price: $35.00 (25g each of light and medium roast). There is a lingering, subtle, sweet aftertaste. The cha qi feels sedating but is thankfully not too heady, so there is no headache and only a bit of tea-drunkenness. Thursday, February 17, 2011. Steep it Loose!: Yo Downtown Boulder ! The Tea Spot's ba-ack...
http://steepitloose.blogspot.com/2010/04/yo-downtown-boulder-tea-spots-ba-ack.html
Monday, April 12, 2010. The Tea Spot's ba-ack. At the Saturday Farmer's Market that is. This past weekend was our first showing there, and yes, it was quite clearly a "start", witness the real-time engineering that went into displaying our sign. BUT, the reception was fantastic! Given that our stand at the Farmer's Market is 1/2 a block from our old retail location, we were greeted by dozens of old customers, who remembered not only our teas, but even ourselves :). Presence at the Boulder Farmer's Market.
