I am a mum of two in my late 30s. After years of failed relationships I had resigned myself to never meeting Mr Right and having a family. Then, suddenly, there he was and in the space of just under 4 years we married and had our daughter and son. Having left school at 16, I have worked in offices around the world, from London to Sydney, doing a variety of roles – from secretary to communications officer. However, since my daughter was born in 2011, I have become a stay at home mum. A Question of Health.

Sleep – the final frontier. April 30, 2014. Today is a good day. Today I am celebrating a landmark victory in the battle for sleep. They gather weekly for the simple pleasure of practicing and singing traditional and modern Japanese songs together.
