Posted by Mummy KaRen. 150g digestive biscuits, finely crushed. 60g butter, melted. 20g (2 tablespoons) gelatin granules/powder. 250g cream cheese, soften at room temperature. 250ml (1 cup) natural plain yogurt. 1 fresh mango and puree. 2 teaspoons gelatin granules/powder. 1 fresh mangoe and sliced. 3)With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add in the gelatin solution and yogurt, beat till the mixture turns smooth. 1)Arrange mango slices on cake.

Castor Sugar. 2 medium size eggs. 180 gm. Coconut milk. If i go to Korean Restaurant i sure order Dol Sot Bibim Bap ;). In Korean Restaurant they will using "Hot stone bowl" rice with choice of chicken, pork, beef or vegetarian toppings.
