很可惜今天天氣不好 , 101樓望出去是白汒汒一片. 為了吃清淡一點 , 我要了燒魚料理. 雖然是微創手術 , 都覺得手術之後有點虛. 鄰居是西貢人 , 提醒我可以煲石崇魚湯. 買了幾天都是手指那麼大的石崇 , 每兩十五元. 每次買一斤 , 分開兩天來煲 , 每次煲半斤. 買了幾次 , 今天去說已經沽清 , 於是走去其他魚檔看看. 其實這種魚不常有 , 真係有錢都不一定買到. 誰知我行行下 , 在康威魚檔 , 見到他們養了兩大盤魚在魚檔前. 他們平時是沒有活魚賣的 , 於是我就問老闆娘有無石崇賣. 老闆娘聽了 , 伸手入其中一摸 , 就拿了一條魚給我看. 但她說要四十元一兩 , 我心想這麼難搵都給我搵到. 加了陳皮 , 淮山, 茨實, 南杏, 伏神和龍眼肉. 泥鰍魚的生命力真的很強 , 牠們給我放在雪櫃一整天 , 跟住用鹽來給牠們清潔 , 清潔了很久都是很生猛. 另外再加陳皮 , 十粒紅早 和蜜早. 將所有材料放入煲 , 煲兩小時即可以飲用. 星期一 , 大小姐學校有假. 佢約我一齊去食lunch , 最後我們選擇了去半島酒店的The Veranda 食 lunch buffet.
