So yesterday after the most hideous day with my kids when I felt the entire worlds eyes staring at me and judging me on my inability to control my screaming 4year who refused to get dressed after swimming, I came home and started to cook. And yesterday I created sweet potato gnocchi which I then stir fried with courgette, garlic, red onion, chilli and prawns.
