Mummy With No Tummy. Can also be used as icing for coconut/nut flour muffins or coconut bread). Based on recipe in Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon. 500 grams/2 cups butter/ghee (I used ghee). 250 grams/2 cups raw cacao powder or dark unsweetened cocoa powder. 200 250 grams or 1 cup honey. 2 teaspoons dried ginger (or more to taste). Mummy With No Tummy. June 20, 2015. June 20, 2015. 48 hours….it will be done! We’re now less than 2 days away from the operation. I’ve actually just finished packing my hospital bag! Enjoying a family getaway. I still have so much I want to do in the next day or so, including smothering my hubby and children with hugs and kisses and eating some yummy food! I want to thank you all for your kind words, love and support thus far, my next blog post will be post operation and I will officially be stomach-less!

Breakfast – weetbix and peaches. We had our first family date last weekend a trip to the movies and lunch J I loved it! Family Fun Day Out.
