January 10, 2012. Okay Yesterdays’ canteen trip overloaded things and I put that pound straight back on… Unsurprising really. But today I ate well and the homeopathic hcg should still be circulating so tomorrow the scales will be better (I hope! 1lb gained this morning. Balance is now minus 5lbs. Back to the top.

This morning I was up by 1lb again so I am putting bread on my definite DO NOT EAT list. The CuraRomana book says that if I reach more than 2lbs above my end-weight (like today) I must do a ‘Steak Day’. For vegetarians this equates to having a huge omelette and very little else for the whole day. Snack: Packet of crisps.
