September 30, 2015. The “You Don’t Need a Gym” Workout. I always love when people’s excuse for not working out is because they couldn’t make it to a gym. I can promise you, you don’t need a gym. You actually don’t need anything. This workout can be done just about anywhere…inside, outside, in a gym, on the beach, in your family room, in your hotel room…you get it. No more excuses. The “You don’t need a gym” Workout 🙂. 3-5 min warm up (walking/jogging/jump roping). 25 squats in place. Cool down 3-5 mins.

Monday, September 1, 2014. We had a big storm come in and it really messed with the beaches. We have had a week of beautiful perfect weather, but crazy high surf. The other day the tides were 18ft it was crazy. The waves made a cliff at the end of the beaches so we had fun building stairs and slides down them.
