Trying to figure out how to raise an adorable little girl. Friday, January 6, 2012. So I know it has been months since my last post.but I honestly didn't realize how quickly the time has gone by! Art supplies, lego, games, a Playmobil set, gift cards and lots of love! Ava really cleaned up this year! She hopped right up after Jacques was finished and sat extremely still and didn't fuss or cry at all! She was just chatting up Julie as if she got a haircut everyday! It was right about this time at night (22:30) on this exact day 4 years ago that we were packing up my overnight bag for the hospital for when I thought labour might start (not for another week or so). Ava had a physical at our health centre this past week (apparently at 3 they are no longer called "well-baby check-ups" but physicals). She did not want to get on the scale on her own so I had to hold her and get weighed and then get weighed by myself, but she mostly cooperated with getting measured for height (95 cm).
