Except the part where i 'Shisha-ed'. Sorry, I am so sorry to myself. I will try not to. After a week, let me tell you my progress. As for the food part, I tried not to eat rice because rice contain carbohydrates which is fattening. Only fruits and vegetables for each day, drinking warm plain water. I know i am awesome!
