Monday, March 21, 2011. So we've gotten quite a bit of snow this year, and the kids have LOVED playing in it! This is out our front window, Garrick climbed up the little toy and liked to jump off into the snow. As Cassiah slept, we went across the street to the school and went sledding on a no school day because of so much snow fall the day before. Yeah, bad Mom, left my sleeping baby! In my defense we where back before she woke up! So here is Garrick doing the running start! Going down as a train.

Monday, March 21, 2011. For V-day I found this cute advent type calendar here. And thought we'd give it a try with some tweeking. Here and there. So I made a garland of heart pockets instead of socks and I was happy the way it turned out (see below post for pic). So here are some photo's from the count down events. Friday, July 16, 2010. Every year alot of my Dad's side of the family goes to McCormick Park on the Idaho side of the Snake River. We head down 95 till we get to Cambridge, then head towards the Snake. We love it! I figured, I've been going for around 17 years! We've been able to go most of our married life, and the kids look forward to it every year! We stayed a week this year, and enjoyed every minute of it! Nice and cool for packing up! Now to finish putting away/cleaning up everything!

Sunday, April 25, 2010. Our Baby is ONE! Wow how the time has flown by! Yesterday was Cassiah's 1st birthday! Than's sister from Spokane came down for Friday and Saturday with her family. On Saturday Than took Garrick and his niece Sloane fishing (her first time) and she was able to catch a couple fish. Sunday, February 7, 2010. What we've been doin'. Even though he's not in grad school anymore, we went to one last Graduate Student Free Activity, BOWLING! It was fun, and the kids again beat me! Friday, January 15, 2010. Yesterday was Trestin's 3rd birthday! Here he is all excited with his 2 presents and a bag? In the bag was a rag quilt that I FINALLY finished. I started it over 2 years ago. Now he will have a blanket of his own, instead of Garrick's old one once I made him a rag quilt too. He didn't get that the blanket WAS the present. Tuesday, March 29, 2011. It's Spring Break at the Huston house, otherwise known as "Craft Week" this year! After a "cleaning day" yesterday to get the house ready for friends, today was the first official day. Aleksia was up first! I decided to do freezer paper stencils on t-shirts. Trestin and his "friend" are actually going to do the same type of thing later in the week, so stay tuned for that one! Using my AMAZING machine. They are tasty and oh so very cute! And the words "My Peeps.". What a cute idea!

We decided to let the robins, that where making my new birthday gift from two sweet friends, make their new home in my flowers! Look at that "Angery Birds" face! She's quite protective of her eggs!
