Young or Old, Sick or Healthy. Murphy's Retreat, a non-profit, all volunteer, no kill shelter, offers a cage free sanctuary for cats, rescued from hopeless situations. Depending on their specific needs they are placed in family homes, often times with multiple cats, to be cared for by a permanent family or placed at Murphy's Retreat Ranch, free to roam and play, where they are well fed and cared for by volunteers. I hope one day we have more than enough volunteers and resources, and not enough kitties.
