Roshni ke jashn ka armaan tha so yun hua. Kheergi itni barhi kay shehr andha kar diya. Aagaya bazaar main aab-e-musaffa is liye. Khoon sasta ho gya pani ko mehnga kar diya. Khush hai manjhi kuchh musafir beh gaye maujoon kay saath. Khauf-e-gharqabi nahin ab bojh halka kar diya. Apney saaye say bhi ab hai hur koi sehma hua.

Naghmai hui rut mein koi to sabub hoga. Socho kay main kyun aakhir bin baat bahut roya. Guldan sajanay ko jab koi kali tori. Hur shakh bahut cheekhi hur paat bahut roya. Main sarfe nazar karta kab tak gham-e-furqat say. Jab hogaye bay qaboo jazbat bahut roya. Tum kaash samajh saktay us zabt kay paikar ko.
