Good food for a good body. Miso noodles with asparagus. November 25, 2013. This was an experiment that went right after i dug around my cupboard and found instant miso soup sachets. You can get vegan friendly miso as some brands contain fish (bonito). 1 sachet of miso soup made up to instructions, 1-1/2 portions of soba noodles, a bunch of asparagus, 2tsp soy sauce, 1 spring onion, 1/2 red pepper, 1tsp agave, 1/2tsp ginger, 1tsp rice vinegar. This is low fat and vegan friendly. 1 leek, a bunch of asparagus, 1/3 cup of edamame/soy beans, 1 sheet of lighter pre-rolled puff pastry (check its vegan), 120ml vegan stock, 3tsp cornflour, pepper.
