One client, one trainer, one studio. MUSCLE IN is a locally owned health studio, that is dedicated to one on one personal training. 100% private - just you and the trainer. That means full attention from the trainer with no overlapping clients. Specialising in strenght training, weight loss, and muscle tone. Train in our off peak times and SAVE $10 per session. That's only $45 per hour between 10am and 3pm. 1 hour session - $55 ($45 per hour off peak*). 2 -3 muscle groups targeted, and cardio if required.
