Suzuki Rgv 250 Made with the Gran prix Spirit. Tuesday, July 10, 2007. Cylinders ready to be ported! Its been awhile and I am seriously starting to miss riding my rgv . Had to sent my cylinders twice to Holland in order to have them replated since the first time , the least I can say , was unsatisfactory . Anyway the cylinders are back and in perfect condition . Now its time to port them and most important polish all the ports to perfection . Hope I will manage to ride my beauty by September .

Suzuki Rgv 250 Made with the Gran prix Spirit. Wednesday, April 11, 2007. This is the last problem I have to overcome . It is very usuall problem for the VJ22 RGV . The pin either snaps or destroys the middle part lettong it slip in to the cylinder . The solution is either to replace all the valves with brand new aftermarket ones or place pin implants .
