Tuesday, January 19, 2010. Happy New Year to everyone! These Charming Chocolate Dipped Strawberries were inspired by a long ago trip to Godiva's, where they had chocolate covered everything. Their jumbo chocolate dipped strawberries looked so heavenly that the sight was forever etched in my brain. Sunday, December 4, 2011. I just want to thank everyone, who has continued to visit my blog and etsy shop. I so wish I could maintain both as I used to, but my son keeps me so busy and now I'm in the middle of moving to a new home! I've been getting so many emails asking about when I will have more items available. Well, it is my sincerest hope that once I get settled I will be able to get things going again. Please stay tuned! Despite extensive struggling with the poofy faux wool fabric, I managed to whip up three Blythe Woolly Lamb Hoods. I intended to make four, but after two broken needles and countless fits of cursing I decided to end the battle early. Well, I plan to give these as an extra little thank you gift with each purchase at my shop.

Sunday, November 29, 2009. Crayon roll tutorials are a dime-a-dozen on the internet. And this one. Is one of the better ones that I have found. I only altered two things: the size of the slots {because I knew I was going to use the triangular Crayolas. they don't roll off the restaurant table! And I used Velcro attached to a tab instead of ribbon. since I want my little guy to be able to put it away himself. He loves it and I have a feeling that this might be my "go-to" gift for some upcoming birthdays!
