Annual Member Dues and Benefits. From January 1st through December 31st of each year. After you apply and you are registered with MFM,. You will pay a $12.00 one-time payment fee. Plus an annual fee:. Requires Proof of Enrollment. You will need some form of ID or proof of school activity. Student Membership Limited to 1 Year.
