The first session features the world famous acappella and dance group from Zimbabwe, the Black Umfolosi 5. There is some excellent background information about the group on the Stables website. Detroit Jazz Fest 2016. Brad Mehldau, John Scofield, and Mark Guiliana were simply amazing, capping off an awesome Detroit Jazz Fest. Ra Ra Riot's Wes Mile's vocals were spot on, performing tracks from their new album, Need Your Light. Performing at the Cat's Cradle from their new album, Vitals, Mutemath rocked the house with quite a light show. Eric Bachmann performing his new self-titled album at the Cat's Cradle. Playing at the Maywood in Raleigh, they delivered tight vocals and heavy riffs.
