ONE awsome Michael Buble concert. He is the best! It was held at SanDiego State University and the place was packed! Lest you think we were card ...

Saturday, November 29, 2008. Amazingly, my middle-aged feet were dancing and my arthritic husband rembered how to do "the bump". It seemed like all the cares of raising a family were off our shoulders for a while and we danced and sang along with everyone else in the crowd. (Although, just between you and me, I was suprised at how old all the other concert-goers looked! Is it possible to feel the Spirit at a rock and roll concert? This idea brings me back to memories of my own. Memories I wander to w...

Monday, May 11, 2009. I have four equally cute and equally wonderful sons, and I will say right here at the start - in black and white that I LOVE EACH OF THEM. We even made it to the championship game! The coaching staff wore special shirts to the game. How cute is that? Is it just me, or is Jan drop dead handsome? We ended up losing that game by one point, it was very close, and we lost to a team we had lost to by 5 points earlier in the season. Leah was pretty excited to take second place. The confere...

Friday, August 7, 2009. Wednesday morning, around 8:00 am, we got a call from our local post-office stating that Rach had a received a thick envelope from the office of the First Presidency of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. "Would you like to come down and get it? Joe and Rach were out the door in a flash. So the question is now, If this is something I've wanted for Rach all her life, and something I am so excited for, why am I a basketcase? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
