Musings on life in my corner of the internet. Tuesday, February 1, 2011. As I continue on the quest for the perfect chocolate cupcake, this experimental recipe did come close. The cake was dense and moist, more closely resembling a devil's food cake recipe. The double chocolate frosting was a definite winner, but the two combined were almost too much chocolate for a couple of my taste testers. And, yes, I do have taste testers outside of my own immediate family. Can there ever be too much chocolate?

No company can offer that, and what they try to supplement it with is nowhere near as good as the real thing. The downfall of a people pleaser. If you just set out to be liked, you would be prepared to compromise on anything at any time, and you would achieve nothing. Make people feel it in their gut. Good, creative people are never bored. I simply cannot imagine a smart person being bored, ever.
