For those of you who have been wondering about the status of our adoption of baby Katie, we are really in a hurry up and wait sort of situation. All of our paperwork has been filed, we’ve retained the services of an adoption lawyer, so really all there is to do at this juncture is to wait. We think we’ll be able to finalize in Janurary. Some games make you want to cry. The Best Things in Life →. November 20, 2007 · 2:41 am. Lately I’ve been reading a short story collection called “20. Ghost’s” by Joe Hill. Hill is best known perhaps as the son of publishing giant Stephen King. If this collection is any indication I don’t think. Perhaps the finest piece in the collection is “Pop Art” it’s awesomely. The best short work. Read in fifteen years. All of this to say, Joe Hill has. Pick up “20. Century Ghosts.”. Some games make you want to cry.

Summer reading →. August 3, 2008 · 5:15 pm. Okay, Okay it’s been months and months since my last post. Here’s a quick update and a pledge to be a better blogger. We finalized our adoption of our sweet daughter Katie back in Febuary and she’s now thirteen months old. All in all it’s an amazing story one I’ll write about sometime soon. It really is incredible. Sunday, February 21, 2010. In mid-December, I surprised Adam with a weekend trip to Nashville to see one of his favorite singers, Hank III. He doesn’t tour very often, and this show was at an awesome little dive called Layla’s Bluegrass Inn. And was free to the first 100 or so people who showed up (bar’s max capacity). It is interesting that a local man's dog is too frightened to approach the grave of the Demeter's captain.
