Short stories, essays and a rare poem. There is an amazing spread in the ages of those in the pews of the church I attend each Sunday….everything from new-borns in arms to oldsters bused in from nursing homes. In between are the children, teens, college students back home in the summer, single adults and young, middle-aged and older couples. From time to time we sing a hymn whose refrain is: “As a child rests in its mother’s arms, so will I rest in You.”. February 25, 2014 at 9:55 am.

Psychologists say when there is suddenly a "spree", something has triggered it that has rendered the person incapable of living life as before, and they act out.
