Wednesday, June 23, 2010. I have been craving coconut cream pie since the day before Mother's Day. They had samples at Costco. It was so good. I sat and debated whether or not I should get one. I decided against it since my mom was coming over for dinner and is allergic to milk. I decided it would be mean to have such a yummy dessert that she wouldn't be able to eat. It made sense to me at first. But when I thought about it more I mused aloud about what he would do while he waited. How boring to sit and wait with nothing to do. He had a chance to have real life interaction with some very interesting people, and, if I know my husband, he was able to cheer and encourage them as well.
