Musings of a Mexican Bluebird. Monday, August 2, 2010. Why I support drug legalization. Than on trying to eradicate the trade that cannot be eradicated. Please, read on. Colombia and the US spend more than $2 billion every year to crack down on Colombian drug production using physical force and patrolling. By arresting producers, spraying poison on crops, and patrolling borders, they have curbed production by a little more every year. But this reduction in supply doesn't matter one bit. Musings of a Mexican Bluebird: MVCC

http://www.musingsofabluebird.blogspot.com/2010/05/mvcc.html

Musings of a Mexican Bluebird. Sunday, May 2, 2010. This is a long post, with no pictures. But I want you to read every word of it! It has been said that the key to success is not so much to be remarkable yourself, but rather to surround yourself with remarkable people. I am convinced that in this city of 6 million inhabitants, I could be living in the home of the most extraordinary person in the entire region. Paul Ahlstrom's the name, and venture capital is the game. Somehow I have had the good fortune...

Musings of a Mexican Bluebird: April 2010

http://www.musingsofabluebird.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html

Musings of a Mexican Bluebird. Thursday, April 8, 2010. And what a March it was! Editor's note: The events of my last post were 90% true. 1 Men: When nature is calling, and you're looking for a restroom in a hurry, and you run into the public library, and you look at the floor map, and see the restroom marked "M", remember that "M" in Mexico stands for "Moheres", or "Women". I didn't recognized that, but I sure did recognize the WOMAN I saw upon entering the restroom! Men, you want "H" for "Hombres".

Musings of a Mexican Bluebird: Monterrey vs. Hurricane Alex

http://www.musingsofabluebird.blogspot.com/2010/07/monterrey-vs-hurricane-alex.html

Musings of a Mexican Bluebird. Sunday, July 4, 2010. Monterrey vs. Hurricane Alex. Rio Seco has water in it? If you didn't just say, "Woah", smack yourself and take another look. Woah. This is heading straight for the city. And this is just one canyon. Eventually I reached the river. WOOOOAAAAAAAAH. This was the bridge I was supposed to cross:. View from a helicopter:. Ok, actually, I was loving the excitement. I stood in a 20 minute line at a gas station to grab some crackers and V8 for breakfast an...

Musings of a Mexican Bluebird: March 2010

http://www.musingsofabluebird.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html

Musings of a Mexican Bluebird. Tuesday, March 16, 2010. It's a Party in Monterrey. Though I arrived at the Monterrey Municipal Airport with high hopes, doubts lingered in my mind, like, "Will I fit in socially? Will I be able to make friends? I took a cab from the airport and saw the city for the first time. The driver pointed to our right, and there I saw Cerro de la Silla, the icon of Monterrey. I couldn't believe I was moving here without knowing a soul! The Eagles song was on. My hips swaying, as if ...

Mar 28, 2010. The remedy for a salty day. I have a few ideas. A float in an inner tube down rock springs. A late night Beto's run. A long walk in my woods. A plane ride west. The smell of rain in the desert. A Red Cliffs burger. Icy water in my face. Curling up with a good book. To smell like poo after a long day of honest work. A view that takes my breath away. Just Jess: January 2010

http://jessoveson.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html

Jan 28, 2010. I practiced my Thai today. I now know 13 phrases. I have a feeling my accent is terrible. I'll get second opinion I also looked up moving to Alaska. I feel like everything in Alaska is a hardcore version of stuff here. Maybe that's why Chris McCandless wanted to go there so bad. I need to take my EMT test within the next month. I also need to start studying that again so I can pass the test. Jan 27, 2010. So I looked it up online and found the website. Http:/ www.byki.com/. Jan 26, 2010.

Dec 4, 2010. I'm seriously start to worry that I can't trust anyone. Not like, "woe is me my life is so hard I have issues with my parents that reflect on everyone I meet.". But like, I feel like whenever I start to get especially close to someone, they give me a reason to back away. This ranges from blatant dishonesty to downright malicious behavior. I haven't had trouble with people like this in years. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Ali and Dylan Dastrup. Musings of a Mexican Bluebird.

Oct 31, 2010. I think I just archived scheduling Nirvana. I have 19 credit hours next semester, with no classes on Monday or Friday. I've never been so excited for a semester of school in my entire life. I have lots of new adventures planned for my weekly four day weekends like. Hiking to the top of Mollies Nipple in Hurricane, Utah. Skiing in the Rockies with my cousins. Of course my life isnt complete without a bi-annual trip to Capitol Reef. Oct 27, 2010. And neither is anyone else. Oct 3, 2010. Howev...

Musings of a Blogger

Musings of a Blogger. October 3, 2017. The Fallacy of Secession. Beyond this, there is a further objection. Secession is often presented as something which only affects the seceders, but in reality to secede is to create. Surely, then, when secession entails such a great alteration to the condition of both entities, it is only right that a vote take place (if it take place at all; see above) across the entirety of the initial state? And that the consent of a majority in both polities be required for sece...

How to Finance Your Life. Our Worn out Office Look Has Been Completely Refurbished. Posted by amimo on October 6, 2017 in Uncategorized.
