The last few months have been a bit of a whirlwind…but I’m pleased to say that I’m back, and will be posting more regularly. There’s nothing quite like it, and nothing else, in my opinion, that can beat it on the comfort stakes. Succulent strips of chicken, a mouthwatering pastry topping and don’t forget that creamy gravy…. 1 tbsp english mustard. 2-3 tbsp cold water.
