Musings of a Muddled Mind. The Diary of a D.U.F.F. Goals for 2013 : Update 7 months on. We are now more than half way through the year so I thought it was time for a review of the progress so far. 1 – Lose at least 45lbs. As you can see from my progress badge from My Fitness Pal, which has proved to be a brilliant resource I have lost the grand total of 26lbs so far since January. Still a long way to go but 26lbs is better than nothing. 2 – Revisit Amsterdam. Read more classic literature and review it.
